A VIP hosts will personally welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a name signboard.

As soon as guests arrive a private chauffeured luxury vehicle will provide transport the short distance from the aircraft to the VIP Suite.

Guests will enjoy maximum privacy and convenience passing quickly through a priority Immigration checkpoint and into the VIP Suite.

Once inside the suite guests are invited to relax in a private lounge to enjoy complimentary refreshments and freshen up whilst VIP hosts take care of the arrival formalities retrieve baggage and coordinate with onwards transportation.

Baggage will be brought to the VIP suite on the guest’s behalf and transferred to any waiting onwards transport.

Greeters are unable to escort passengers beyond the USA Pre Clearance for security reasons. The gate for USA flights is adjacent to the pre clearance facility.

Once air-side guests are escorted to the departure gate, or an airline executive lounge (whereby the airline ticket entitles lounge access), where the service will conclude.
