Arrival Meet And Assist Service With Fast Track & Porter
A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests at the arrivals gate with a personalised signboard.
As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities, using priority channels where available.
Porter assistance is provided for the collection of up to 4 bags before guests are escorted to Customs.
It is highly recommended to book an additional baggage porter as part of the service should guests be travelling with multiple large or heavy bags.
After exiting Customs guests are connected with any waiting ground transportation

- If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building, guests will be met at the coach drop off point or the entrance to immigration.

Elite Arrival Service
An exclusive VVIP and luxurious Arrival service undertaken away from the main airport terminal
This is the ultimate in discreet and private services. A private jet style service for guests using commercial flights
A VIP hosts will personally welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a name signboard.
As soon as guests arrive a private chauffeured luxury vehicle will provide transport the short distance from the aircraft to the VIP Suite.
Guests will enjoy maximum privacy and convenience passing quickly through a priority Immigration checkpoint and into the VIP Suite.
Once inside the suite guests are invited to relax in a private lounge to enjoy complimentary refreshments and freshen up whilst VIP hosts take care of the arrival formalities retrieve baggage and coordinate with onwards transportation.
Baggage will be brought to the VIP suite on the guest’s behalf and transferred to any waiting onwards transport.

Departure Meet And Assist Service With Fast Track (Excludes Lounge)
Guests receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP representative at the VIP Desk situated inside the terminal building.
A baggage porter will be on hand to assist with up to 4 bags.
It is highly recommended to book an additional baggage porter as part of the service should guests be travelling with multiple large or heavy bags.
Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onward through the immigration and security check point using the priority lanes where available.
Once air-side guests are escorted to the departure gate, or an airline executive lounges (whereby the airline ticket entitles lounge access), where the service will conclude.

This is the ultimate in discreet and private services, a private jet style service for guests using commercial flights.
With its own separate entrance VIP hosts will personally welcome guests as they arrive at the VIP terminal.
While guests are relaxing in style and enjoying complimentary drinks and snacks in their own private lounge VIP hosts will take care of baggage and check in formalities on the guests behalf.
Discrete security checks and a priority Immigration checkpoint are all features of the VVIP experience.
When it is time to board guests will enjoy travelling by a private chauffeured luxury car from the VIP Suite direct to the departure gate for priority boarding.

Time permitting, greeters will help guests make the most of the time spent in the departure lounge, whether it be dining, shopping, or relaxing in one of the executive lounges (whereby the airline ticket entitles lounge access, or if access been booked as an additional service).
Leaving the guests to relax, the greeter will return to a prearranged meeting point to escort guests to the gate in time for departure.
