Meet & Assist Services at Antalya Airport

A Fastrack VIP greeter will welcome guests at the arrivals gate with a personalised signboard.

As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities.

Guests are accompanied to baggage reclaim where assistance will be provided with the collection of baggage (1 bag per guest), before guests are escorted to the Customs checkpoint.

After exiting the checkpoints, guests are connected with their onward mode of transportation.

Good to know

• If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building, guests will be met at the coach drop off point or the entrance to immigration.
• Buggies are not available at this location.
• Please advise any ground transportation details at the time of reservation.
• Baggage assistance is provided.
• Maximum of 1 standard size and weight bags per guest.
• Guests may need to handle their own baggage.
• Additional baggage assistance can be arranged for an additional charge.

A VIP host will personally welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a name signboard.

As soon as guests arrive a private chauffeured luxury vehicle will provide transport the short distance from the aircraft to the VIP Suite.

Guests will enjoy maximum privacy and convenience passing quickly through a priority Immigration checkpoint and into the VIP Suite.

Once inside the suite guests are invited to relax and enjoy complimentary refreshments and freshen up whilst VIP hosts take care of the arrival formalities, retrieve baggage and coordinate with any onwards transportation.

Baggage will be brought to the VIP suite on the guest’s behalf and transferred to any waiting onwards transport

Guests receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP greeter at a designated meeting point.

The meeting point will be the CIP Meeting point located outside the terminal building adjacent to the kerbside drop off point.

Guests will enter the terminal through a separate CIP entrance and receive priority baggage x-ray and check-in before swiftly moving onwards through the security and immigration check points utilising priority lanes where available.

Once air-side guests are invited to relax in style in the executive lounge, where they are are invited to relax in style and enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, and refreshments before the flight. This is where the service will conclude.
