A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests at the arrivals hall as they disembark the aircraft with a personalised signboard.

As soon as guests arrive a greeter will accompany the guests to the Port of Health check-point. Due to local security restrictions the greeter is unable to accompany guests through the health, immigration, baggage reclaim and customs check point, however a voucher will be provided to enable priority assistance at immigration.

Please note there are no porters available in baggage reclaim, however Fastrack VIP representatives may be located in the customs area to assist with reclaiming baggage.

Upon exiting Customs the greeter will once again meet guests and escort them to their onwards mode of transport.

Good to know

• If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building guests will be met at the coach drop off point or entrance to immigration
• Due to local security restrictions it is not possible for the greeter to remain with guests at the greeter the health, immigration, baggage reclaim and customs check points.
• The greeter will escort guests to the Port Heath access points and rendezvous again once they have cleared Customs.
• Guests must select the correct customs channel applicable to their situation.
• Buggies are not available at this location
• There are no official porters located in the baggage reclaim and Customs area. Representatives may be on hand to assist with reclaim. Guests may need to handle their own baggage.
• The airports Immigration Customs and Security Control Departments have the final decision on whether to grant priority or fast track clearance to guests.

A Fastrack VIP representative will contact the lead guest (or driver if advised) in advance of their arrival at the airport to confirm the meeting time and location.

Guests will receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP greeter at the designated meeting point, with a name sign for easy identification.

The meeting point may be at the kerbside drop off point, or within the terminal building.

Assistance with baggage will be provided utilising an airport trolley for up to 3 standard sized bags by available Porters.

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onward through the security and immigration check point using the priority lanes where available

Clients can opt to wait for their departing flight at the Airport Executive Lounge. The same expedited processing through check-in, immigration and security applies, however the Guests will wait in the Lounge’s VIP area away from other departing passengers. The Airport Executive Lounge offers complimentary hors d’oeruvres, cocktails and soft drinks to guests. When the time arrives the Greeter shall alert the guests of Aircraft Boarding and will escort them through the Boarding process.
