Meet & Assist Services at Aruba Queen Beatrix International Airport

A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests in the arrivals area after the air bridge exit.

The greeter will be holding a iPad displaying the guests name.

Assistance will be provided with the new entry requirement forms before guests are expedited through the document control line.

The greeter will assist and expedite as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities, using priority channels where available and onwards to baggage reclaim.

The greeter will retrieve the guest’s baggage before guests are escorted to Customs.

Due to the new regulations the greeter will leave the guests at Customs, where guests are required to present themselves to Customs and the health control check point.

There is no fast track available at this point.

The greeter will meet up with guests again at the arrival meet and greet point after the Customs and the health control check points and escort to their designated ground transportation outside the building.

• Baggage assistance is provided by the greeter for a reasonable amount of bags.
• The greeter may only accompany the client through security, immigration, and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities.
• Guests must select the correct Customs channel applicable to their situation.
• The greeter will endeavour to expedite guests where possible. We cannot guarantee that this option will always be available.
• The airports Immigration Customs and Security Control Departments have the final decision on whether to grant priority or fast track clearance to guests

Guests receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP greeter at their airline check-in inside the terminal building.

The greeter will be holding a iPad displaying the guests name.

Guests will experience assistance with check in before swiftly moving onwards through the security and immigration check points utilising priority lanes where available.

For those guests traveling to the USA the airport offers United States border preclearance facilities.

Guests will be escorted to the USA facility located airside. For security reasons there is no fast track available at the US CBP checkpoint

Following the security check guests are invited to relax in the executive lounge and enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks while waiting to board.

The service will conclude at the lounge.
