Services

Arrival Meet And Assist Service

A Fastrack VIP greeter will welcome guests at the arrivals gate with a personalised signboard.

As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration formalities using the priority lane where available.

*Depending upon the arrivals gate location a buggy may be available from the arrivals gate to the immigration check point.

For security reasons the greeter is not permitted to be in attendance at the immigration check-point. A greeter will rendezvous with guests after they have passed through immigration and accompany to baggage reclaim where assistance for up to 2 bags per guest will be provided.

After exiting customs, guests are connected with their onwards mode of transportation.

Good to know

  • Individual greeter details and contact information are not available at this location.
  • If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building, guests will be met at the coach drop off point or the entrance to immigration. In this event the buggy will not be available.
  • *Buggies may be available from the international arrivals gate to the immigration checkpoint for a maximum 2 guests per service and are subject to availability.
  • *In the event the buggy is not available and/or depending on the gate where the flight arrives it may be necessary to travel on foot and/or by automated people mover for all/or the part of the service.
  • *Buggies are not available for domestic arrivals or those flights using gates D4, D6 and the coaching gate.
  • Please advise any ground transportation details at the time of reservation.
  • Baggage assistance is provided for 2 bags per guest.
  • Guests may need to handle their own baggage.
  • Additional porters can be arranged for an extra charge.
  • The greeter may only accompany the client through security, immigration, and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities.
  • Local regulations do not permit greeters to escort guests through the security or immigration check point.
  • Greeters will escort guests to the access points and rendezvous again with them after they have cleared the check points.
  • Guests must select the correct Customs channel applicable to their situation.
  • The airports Immigration Customs and Security Control Departments have the final decision on whether to grant priority or fast track clearance to guests.

Departure Meet And Assist Service

Guests will receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP greeter at the designated meeting point, with a name sign for easy identification.

The meeting point may be at the kerbside drop off point or within the terminal building.

Assistance with baggage will be provided to the check-in desk (maximum of 2 bags per guest).

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onward through the security (please note that there is no priority / fast track lanes available at the security check-point) and immigration check points using the priority lane where available.

For security reasons the greeter is not permitted to be in attendance at the security or immigration check-point. A greeter will rendezvous with guests after they have passed through the check points.

After guests clear security the greeter will to escort guests to either an executive lounge (whereby the airline ticket entitles lounge access, or if access been booked as an additional service), or to the departure gate.

This is where the greeter will bid guests farewell and the service will conclude.

  • This service is available from 2 hours before the flights the flights scheduled time of departure.
  • Individual greeter details are not available at this location.
  • The guest or driver must contact the local number provided at least 15 minutes prior to arrival at the airport to coordinate the meeting point
  • Buggies are not available for departing flights.
  • Please advise any ground transportation details at the time of reservation.
  • Baggage assistance is provided for up to 2 bags per guest.
  • Guests may need to handle their own baggage.
  • Additional porters can be arranged for an extra charge.
  • Check in will be conducted using the quickest option available based on the guests ticketed class of travel.
  • The greeter may only accompany the client through security, immigration, and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities.
  • Local regulations do not permit greeters to escort guests through the security or immigration check point.
  • Greeters will escort guests to the access points and rendezvous again with them after they have cleared the check points.

Gate To Gate Flight Connection Meet And Assist Service

A Fastrack VIP greeter will welcome guests at the arrivals gate with a personalised signboard.

As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration and transfer formalities.

*Depending upon the arrivals gate location a buggy may be available from the arrivals gate to the immigration check point / airside transfer centre.

For guests transferring to / from a domestic flight, the greeter will assist with baggage reclaim, customs clearance and recheck-in for the next fight.

For security reasons the greeter is not permitted to be in attendance at the security or immigration check-point. A greeter will rendezvous with guests after they have passed through the check points.

After guests have completed the transfer process the greeter will to escort guests to either an executive lounge (whereby the airline ticket entitles lounge access, or if access been booked as an additional service), or to the departure gate.

This is where the greeter will bid guests farewell and the service will conclude.

  • This service is available for connections up to 3 hours.
  • Airline and airport minimum connection times ,  through ticket and baggage regulations must be respected.

First class service

Fastrack VIP managed to redefine the travel experience and is a must. I wish I had known about them pre Covid 19, it’s a must for travel full stop!

FastTrack VIP assisted my wife and 2 young children through a 72 hr multiple stop over trip in the midst of a pandemic. The service was seamless, co-ordinated and just exemplary, never waited in a queue, wasted time filling in a form or lifted a bag. It was VVVVIP service by PPE protected special assistance staff!

All in all an impossible journey (in the best of times) became a possible trip (in the middle of Covid-19).

Excellent Service

I have used their services twice in 2017, May and November in my trip to Jakarta, Indonesia. On both trips I was greeted after I exited the plane by uniformed employees. They spoke excellent English and help me navigate through the arrival process – the longest wait was waiting for the luggage to come out on the belt. If I had traveled without luggage, I would have been outside in less than 10 minutes from exiting the plane. This service is well worth the expense. I will use them every time I return to Indonesia.
