A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests at the end of the Arrival Bridge

The greeter will be holding a iPad displaying the guests name.

Assistance will be provided with the new entry requirement forms before guests are expedited through the document control line.

The greeter will assist and expedite as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities, using priority channels where available and onwards to baggage reclaim.

The greeter will retrieve the guest’s baggage before guests are escorted to Customs.

There is no fast track available at this point.

The greeter will escort to their designated ground transportation outside the building.
