Arrival Meet And Assist Service
A Fastrack VIP greeter will welcome guests at the arrivals gate with a personalised signboard.
As soon as guests arrive a chauffeured car will provide transport the short distance from the aircraft to the terminal.
The greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities,
Guests are accompanied to baggage reclaim and to the Customs checkpoint.
After exiting the checkpoints, guests are connected with their onward mode of transportation.

- The limousine / VIP minibus tarmac transfer will be provided only if the aircraft parks at a remote position away from the terminal building.
- In the event the tarmac transport is not available and / or depending on the gate where the flight departs it will be necessary to travel on foot from the terminal or via the standard transfer coach.

Departure Meet And Assist Service
Guests will receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP greeter at the designated meeting point, with a name sign for easy identification.
The meeting point will be after check-in.
Guests will be escorted through the security and immigration check point using the priority lanes where available.
Once airside guests are invited to relax in style and enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks and meals in the VIP Lounge.
When it is time to board, guests will enjoy travelling by limousine / VIP minibus for the short distance from the terminal to the aircraft.
