A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a personalised signboard.

The greeter will assist the party to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities.

The Arrival Service Concludes in the Baggage reclaim Area

• Individual greeter details contact information are not available at this location.
• Vehicle tarmac transfer will be provided only if the aircraft parks at a remote position away from the terminal building.
• In the event the tarmac transport is not available and / or depending on the gate where the flight arrives it will be necessary to travel on foot to the terminal or via the standard transfer coach.
• Buggies are not available at this location.
• Baggage assistance is Not provided at this locations ,Passengers are required to Handle All of their Own Baggage
• The greeter may only accompany the client through immigration and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities.
• The greeter will endeavour to expedite guests where possible. We cannot guarantee that this option will always be available.
• Guests must select the correct customs channel applicable to their situation.
• The airports Immigration Customs and Security Control Departments have the final decision on whether to grant priority or fast track clearance to guests.

Guests will receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP greeter at the designated meeting point, with a name sign for easy identification.

The meeting point will be the VIP Desk located inside the terminal building after the entrance security check point.

Baggage Assistance is Not provided at this location, Passengers are required to accommodate All of their own Baggage

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onward through the security check point using the priority lane, and on to immigration where assistance will be provided.

Guests shall be assisted to the Gate once boarding commences.
