Meet & Assist Services at Chiang Mai Airport

A Fastrack VIP greeter will welcome guests upon arrival with a personalised signboard.

As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities.

Guests are accompanied to baggage reclaim where a porter will be on hand to assist with up to 2 bags per guest before being escorted to the customs checkpoint.

After exiting customs, guests are connected with their onwards mode of transportation.

Guests will receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP greeter at the designated meeting point, with a name sign for easy identification.

The meeting point may be at the kerbside drop off point or the VIP desk in the departures hall.

Assistance with baggage will be provided by a porter to the check-in desk (maximum of 2 bags per guest).

It is highly recommended to book a baggage porter as part of the service should guests be travelling with multiple large or heavy bags.

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onward through the immigration and security check point .

Once air-side guests are invited to relax in style in the executive lounge, and enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, and refreshments before the flight.

Leaving the guests to enjoy the lounge, this is where the greeter will bid guest farewell and the service will conclude.

• The guest or driver must contact the local number provided at least 15 minutes prior to arrival at the airport to coordinate the meeting point
