A VIP host will personally welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a signboard .

As soon as guests arrive a private chauffeured luxury car will provide transport the short distance from the aircraft to the terminal.

Guests will enjoy maximum privacy and convenience passing quickly through a priority Immigration checkpoint before moving on to baggage reclaim where a porter will be on hand to assist with any baggage.

After exiting customs guests are connected with any waiting ground transportation and any baggage will be transferred to any waiting onwards transport on behalf of the guests.

• In the event the tarmac transport is not available and or depending on the gate where the flight arrives it may be necessary to travel on foot.

• The greeter may only accompany the client through immigration and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities we cannot guarantee that this option will always be available.
• Guests must select the correct customs channel applicable to their situation.

Guests receive a personal welcome from their VIP host at the designated meeting point with a name sign for easy identification.
The meeting point may be at the kerbside drop off point or within the terminal building

A baggage porter will be on hand to take care of the luggage.

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onwards through the security and immigration check points using priority channels where available

Once airside guests are invited to relax in style and enjoy complimentary drinks, and snacks in the Executive Lounge.

When it is time to board guests will enjoy travelling by a chauffeured car from the VIP Suite direct to the departure gate for boarding.
