Meet & Assist Services at Grenada Maurice Bishop Airport

An exclusive VVIP Arrival service undertaken away from the main airport terminal.

This is a private jet style service for guests using commercial flights.

A VIP host will personally welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a name signboard.

As soon as guests arrive a private buggy will provide transport from the aircraft to the VIP Suite.

Guests will pass through a dedicated Immigration and Customs counter and into the VIP Suite.

Once inside the suite guests are invited to relax in the lounge area to enjoy complimentary refreshments, and freshen up whilst VIP hosts take care of the arrival formalities, retrieve any baggage and coordinate with guests onwards transportation.

Baggage will be brought to the VIP suite on the guest’s behalf and transferred to any waiting onwards transport.

• Available regardless of ticket class.
• A photograph of any checked in luggage must be submitted prior to arrival to enable porters to identify the luggage.
• Buggies are available as part of this service and are subject to availability.
• In the event the buggy is not available and/or depending on the gate where the flight arrives it may be necessary to travel on foot and/or by automated people mover for all/or the part of the service
• Please advise any ground transportation details at the time of reservation.
• The greeter may only accompany the client through security, immigration, and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities.
• The greeter will endeavour to expedite guests where possible. We cannot guarantee that this option will always be available.
• The airports Immigration Customs and Security Control Departments have the final decision on whether to grant priority or fast track clearance to guests.

Guests will meet the greeter at the airline check-in desk at a pre arranged time.

Once check-in is complete guests will travel the short distance to the VIP Suite by buggy.

After passing through the inhouse security and Immigration checkpoint, guests are invited to relax in style and enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks in suite. Duty Free shopping can also be undertaken right from your seat.

When it is time to board guests will be privately escorted from the VIP Suite direct to the departure gate boarding.

• This service is available for 2 hours before scheduled time of departure.
• Guests must arrive at the airport a minimum of 1 hour 30 minutes prior to departure.
• There is no kerbside meeting point, guests will be met at the airline check-in desk.
