A VIP host will personally welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a signboard.

As soon as guests arrive a VIP vehicle will provide transport the short distance from the aircraft to the terminal.

Guests will enjoy privacy and convenience passing quickly through a priority Immigration checkpoint before moving on to the Arrivals Lounge. The arrivals lounge is only accessible for flights from Schengen countries. For flights originating outside the Schengen zone guests will proceed though the airport arrival channels.

While guests relax, freshen up and enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks in the Arrivals Lounge (Schengen zone flights) baggage porters will retrieve any baggage before guests are escorted to customs.

After exiting customs guests will be connected awaiting their onwards ground transportation.

• Service available from 07:00 to 20:00.
• Available regardless of ticket class.
• A VIP parking space for the duration of the trip is included in this service.
• VIP vehicle tarmac transfer will be provided only if the aircraft parks at a remote position away from the terminal building.
• In the event the tarmac transport is not available and / or depending on the gate where the flight arrives it will be necessary to travel on foot to the terminal or via the standard transfer coach.
• Buggies are not available at this location.
• The arrivals lounge is only accessible for flights from Schengen countries.

Guests will receive a warm welcome from a VIP host at the General Aviation Terminal. From here guests will be escorted to the VIP Suite while a porter will be on hand to take care of any baggage.

While guests are relaxing in style and enjoying complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge, VIP hosts will take care of baggage and check in formalities on the guests behalf.

Discrete security checks and a priority Immigration checkpoint are all features of the VVIP experience.

When it is time to board guests will enjoy travelling by a private chauffeured luxury car from the VIP Suite direct to the departure gate for priority boarding.

• The service is available for 2 hours before scheduled time of departure.
• The guest or driver must contact the local number provided at least 15 minutes prior to arrival at the airport to coordinate the meeting point.

A Fastrack VIP greeter will welcome guests at the arrivals gate with a personalised signboard.

As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities.

Guests are accompanied to baggage reclaim where assistance will be provided with the collection of baggage for up to 2 standard sized bags (utilising an airport trolley), before guests are escorted to the Customs checkpoint.

It is highly recommended to book a baggage porter as part of the service should guests be travelling with multiple large or heavy bags.

After exiting the checkpoints, guests are connected with their onward mode of transportation.

• Services taking place on a public holiday will incur a 100 % surcharge.
• If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building, guests will be met at the coach drop off point or the entrance to immigration.
• Buggies are not available at this location.

• Baggage assistance is provided utilising an airport trolley, and for a reasonable amount of bags that can comfortably fit one trolley.

The meeting point may be at the kerbside drop off point, or within the terminal building.

Assistance with baggage will be provided utilising an airport trolley for up to 3 standard sized bags.

It is highly recommended to book a baggage porter as part of the service should guests be travelling with multiple large or heavy bags.

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onward through the immigration and security check point using the priority lanes where available.

Greeters will assist guests at security and help make the most of the time spent in the departure lounge, whether it be dining, shopping, or relaxing in one of the executive lounges (whereby the airline ticket entitles lounge access, or if access been booked as an additional service).

Leaving the guests to relax, the greeter will return to a prearranged meeting point to escort guests to the gate in time for departure.
