Meet & Assist Services at Ho Chi Minh City Airport

A Fastrack VIP representative will meet guests at the entrance to Immigration.

As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities, using priority channels where available.

Due to local regulations the greeter is not permitted handle the baggage or to push the trolley through the customs checkpoint. Guests will need to clear customs unaccompanied.

Porters can be arranged if required.

After exiting customs, the greeter will assist guests to connect with their onwards mode of transportation.

Good to know

• Guests are not met at the arrivals gate but at the entrance to immigration, this will be after the health check point if this is in operation.
• Buggies are not available at this location.
• Please advise any ground transportation details at the time of reservation.
• A baggage trolley will be provided, however guests must handle their own luggage and trolley due to local regulations.
• Guests must select the correct Customs channel applicable to their situation.
• The greeter will endeavour to expedite guests where possible. We cannot guarantee that this option will always be available.
• The airports Immigration Customs and Security Control Departments have the final decision on whether to grant priority or fast track clearance to guests.

A Fastrack VIP representative will contact the lead guest (or driver if advised) in advance of their arrival at the airport to confirm the meeting time and location.

Guests will receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP greeter at the designated meeting point, with a name sign for easy identification.

The meeting point may be at the kerbside drop off point, or within the terminal building.

Due to local customs and security regulations the greeter is not permitted handle the baggage or to push the trolley through the terminal.

A porter can be arranged.

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onward through the immigration check point and onwards to security where the guests will proceed through on their own and the greeter will bid guests goodbye and the service will conclude.

• This service is available from 2 hours before the flights the flights scheduled time of departure.
• The service will conclude at security / immigration and not the departure gate.
• Buggies are not available at this location.
• Please advise any ground transportation details at the time of reservation.
• A baggage trolley will be provided, however guests must handle their own luggage and trolley due to local regulations.
• Check in will be conducted using the quickest option available based on the guests ticketed class of travel.
• The greeter may only accompany the client through security, immigration, and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities.
