Arrival Meet And Assist Service With Buggy

A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a personalised signboard.

Guests will enjoy travelling by a buggy from the gate to the border checkpoint with the greeter, passing through all immigration and security formalities before moving onwards to baggage reclaim.

In the event the buggy is not available and or depending on the gate where the flight arrives it may be necessary to travel on foot and by automated people mover for all of the part of the service.

The greeter will assist guests to pass through the l immigration and security check-points before moving onto baggage reclaim.

Porters will be on hand to assist with up to 2 bags per per passenger.

After exiting customs, guests are connected with their onwards mode of transportation.

  • Individual greeter details and contact information are not available at this location.
  • Services taking place during the hours of 0001 to 0559 will incur a 50% surcharge.
  • If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building, guests will be met at the coach drop off point or the entrance to immigration.
  • Buggies may be available as part of this service and are subject to availability.
  • Buggies can operate from gate 25 and beyond in Terminal 1.
  • Buggies are unable to enter gates 1-4, 5-9, 201-230 and 501-530.
  • Arrival service buggy drop-off point will be at arrival gate 10, just before the temperature check.
  • Please advise any ground transportation details at the time of reservation.
  • Baggage assistance is provided for up to 2 standard size bags per guest.
  • Guests may need to handle their own baggage.
  • The greeter may only accompany the client through security, immigration, and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities.
  • Guests must select the correct Customs channel applicable to their situation.
  • No official immigration fast track is provided by the immigration services at this location.
  • The greeter will endeavour to expedite guests where possible. We cannot guarantee that this option will always be available.
  • The airports Immigration Customs and Security Control Departments have the final decision on whether to grant priority or fast track clearance to guests.

Departure Meet & Assist With Buggy

Guests will receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP representative at a designated meeting point, with a name sign for easy identification.

The meeting point may be at the kerbside drop off point, or within the terminal building.

A baggage porter will be on hand to assist with up to 2 bags per guest.

It is highly recommended to book a baggage porter as part of the service should guests be travelling with multiple large or heavy bags.

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onward through the immigration and security check point.

Once airside the greeter will organise a buggy shuttle to either the departure gate or executive lounge executive lounges (whereby the airline ticket entitles lounge access, or if access been booked as an additional service). The service will conclude at either the departure gate or executive.

In the event the buggy is not available and or depending on the gate where the flight arrives it may be necessary to travel on foot and by automated people mover for all of the part of the service.

  • Individual greeter details contact information are not available at this location.
  • The guest or driver must contact the local number provided when leaving fro the airport and again when about to cross the Tsing Ma Bridge to coordinate the meeting point.
  • Check in will be conducted using the quickest option available based on the guests ticketed class of travel.
