Meet & Assist Services at Hurghada

A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests at the entrance to immigration with a personalised signboard.

As soon as guests arrive the greeter will assist and expedite as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities and onwards to baggage reclaim.

Porters will retrieve the guests baggage before guests are escorted to customs.

After exiting customs guests are connected with any waiting ground transportation.

Guests receive a personal welcome from their greeter at the designated meeting point with a name sign for easy identification.

The meeting point may be at the kerbside drop off point or within the terminal building.

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before moving onwards through the security and immigration check points using priority lanes where available.

Once airside guests will be escorted to the executive lounge where they are are invited to relax in style and enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, and refreshments before the flight.

The service will conclude at the lounge.
