Arrival Meet And Assist Service With Fast Track & Buggy

A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a personalised signboard.

Guests will enjoy travelling by a buggy from the gate to the border checkpoint.

The greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities , using priority lanes were available.

Guests are accompanied to baggage reclaim where assistance will be provided with the collection of baggage for up to 2 standard sized bags (utilising an airport trolley), before guests are escorted to the Customs checkpoint.

After exiting the checkpoints, guests are connected with their onward mode of transportation.

Good to know

  • Services taking place during the hours 23:00-07:00 will incur a 25 % surcharge.
  • If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building, guests will be met at the coach drop off point or the entrance to immigration.
  • Buggies are available at this location and are subject to availability.
  • In the event the buggy is not available and/or depending on the gate where the flight arrives it may be necessary to travel on foot and/or by automated people mover for all/or the part of the service.
  • Please advise any ground transportation details at the time of reservation.
  • Baggage assistance is provided utilising an airport trolley, and for a reasonable amount of bags that can comfortably fit one trolley.
  • Maximum of 2 standard size and weight bags per trolley.
  • Guests may need to handle their own baggage.
  • The greeter may only accompany the client through security, immigration, and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities.

Departure Meet And Assist Service With Fast Track & Buggy

A Fastrack VIP representative will contact the lead guest (or driver if advised) in advance of their arrival at the airport to confirm the meeting time and location.

Guests will receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP greeter at the designated meeting point, with a name sign for easy identification.

The meeting point may be at the kerbside drop off point, or within the terminal building.

Assistance with baggage will be provided utilising an airport trolley for up to 3 standard sized bags.

It is highly recommended to book a baggage porter as part of the service should guests be travelling with multiple large or heavy bags.

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onward through the immigration and security check point using the priority lanes where available.

Greeters will assist guests at security and help make the most of the time spent in the departure lounge, whether it be dining, shopping, or relaxing in one of the executive lounges (whereby the airline ticket entitles lounge access, or if access been booked as an additional service).

Leaving the guests to relax, the greeter will return to a prearranged meeting point Guests will enjoy travelling by a buggy from the lounge to the departure gate for boarding.

Guests will enjoy travelling by a buggy from the gate to the border checkpoint with the greeter assisting as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities before moving onwards to the next departure gate.

In the event the buggy is not available and or depending on the gate where the flight arrives it may be necessary to travel on foot and by automated people mover for all of the part of the service.

Time permitting guests will escorted to the executive lounge where they are are invited to relax in style and enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks and refreshments before the flight.

When it is time to board guests will enjoy travelling by a buggy from the lounge to the departure gate for boarding.

In the event the buggy is not available and or depending on the gate where the flight arrives it may be necessary to travel on foot by automated people mover for all of the part of the service.

  • Services taking place during the hours 23:00-07:00 will incur a 25 % surcharge.
  • This service is available for connections up to 3 hours for guests holding though tickets.
  • This service is not available for guests holding separate tickets with different airlines that necessitates the collection of luggage and and recheck-in. This would be considered a separate arrival and departure service.
