Meet & Assist Services at Muscat

A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a personalised signboard

Guests will enjoy travelling by a buggy from the gate to the Arrivals lounge where they are invited to relax in the lounge area and enjoy complimentary refreshments, and freshen up while the greeter finalises any arrival formalities on the guests behalf.

In the event the buggy is not available and or depending on the gate where the flight arrives it may be necessary to travel on foot and by automated people mover for all of the part of the service.

After a short stay in the lounge the greeter will assist guests through immigration using the priority lanes where available, before moving onwards to baggage reclaim where porters will retrieve any baggage.

After exiting Customs guests are connected with any waiting ground transportation

• If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building guests will be met at the coach drop off point or the entrance to immigration
• Buggies are available at this location and are subject to availability
• The service includes baggage assistance for a reasonable amount of baggage..
• Guests may need to handle their own baggage.
• Please advise travellers passport details at time of reservation.
• The greeter may only accompany the client through security, immigration, and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities.
• Guests must select the correct Customs channel applicable to their situation.
• The greeter will endeavour to expedite guests where possible. We cannot guarantee that this option will always be available.

Guests receive a personal welcome from their greeter at the designated kerbside meeting point with a name sign for easy identification A baggage porter will  be on hand to take care of the luggage

Using priority channels and skipping the queues guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onwards through the security and immigration check points.

Once airside guests are invited to relax in style and enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks and refreshments in the executive lounge.

When it is time to board guests will enjoy travelling by a buggy from the lounge to the departure gate for boarding

In the event the buggy is not available and or depending on the gate where the flight arrives it may be necessary to travel on foot by automated people mover for all of the part of the service

• The guest or driver must contact the local number provided at least 60 minutes prior to arrival at the airport to coordinate the meeting point
