Meet & Assist Services at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta Airport

A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests either at the arrivals area after disembarkation or at the entrance to immigration with a personalised signboard.

As soon as guests arrive the greeter will assist and expedite as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities and onwards to baggage reclaim.

Assistance will be provided with the collection of any baggage.

After exiting customs guests are connected with any waiting ground transportation.

• If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building, guests will be met at the coach drop off point or the entrance to immigration.

Guests receive a personal welcome from their greeter at the designated meeting point with a name sign for easy identification.

The meeting point may be at the car park, kerbside drop off point or within the terminal building.

Assistance will be provided for any baggage.

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onwards through the security and immigration check points using priority channels where available .

Greeters will escort guests to the departure gate or the executive lounges (whereby the airline ticket entitles lounge access, or if access been booked as an additional service), where the service will conclude.

As soon as guests arrive the greeter will assist and expedite as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities using priority lanes and onwards to the next departure gate

Time permitting and whereby the airline ticket entitles the lounge access or if access been booked as an additional service or guests wish to relax in the departure area the greeter will accompany guests airside assisting with any shopping or dining recommendations along the way. The service will conclude at either the lounge or the departure gate.

• This service is available for connections with 2 hours minimum between connecting flights.
• This service is not available for guests holding separate tickets with different airlines that necessitates the collection of luggage and and recheck-in. This would be considered a separate arrival and departure service.
• Airline and airport minimum connection times and through ticket and baggage regulations must be respected.
