Meet & Assist Services at Providenciales Airport

Due to local security restrictions the greeter can not meet guests at the arrivals gate.

Guests will be provided with a voucher and instructions on how to access the fast track lane in advance of travel.

Guests must proceed through immigration unaided. After passing thought immigration the greeter will welcome guests at the baggage reclaim hall.

Guests are accompanied to the baggage reclaim belt before being escorted to the customs checkpoint using the priority lane where available.

After exiting customs, guests are connected with their onwards mode of transportation.

• Guests must select the correct Customs channel applicable to their situation.
• The greeter will endeavour to expedite guests where possible. We cannot guarantee that this option will always be available.
• The airports Immigration Customs and Security Control Departments have the final decision on whether to grant priority or fast track clearance to guests.

The greeter will be available and waiting outside the terminal kerbside from 2 hours before the flights scheduled time of departure.

Guests will receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP greeter at the designated meeting point, with a name sign for easy identification.
The meeting point will be at the kerbside drop off point. The greeter will be wearing a red shirt holding a Fast Track TCI sign.

The greeter will direct guests to their respective airline check-in desk. Due to local security restrictions guests will be required to check-in unassisted.

Once guests have checked in the greeter will reconnect escort to the security check point, where guests will be entitled to use the designated fast track line.

This is where the greeter will bid guests farewell and the service will conclude.
