Arrival Meet And Assist Service
A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a personalised signboard.
As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass through all immigration and security formalities using priority lanes where available.
Guests are accompanied to baggage reclaim where assistance will be provided with the collection of baggage for up to 2 standard sized bags per service , before guests are escorted to the Customs checkpoint.
After exiting the checkpoints, guests are connected with their onward mode of transportation.

- Individual greeter details and contact information may not be available at this location.
- A duty officer number will be provided.
- If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building, guests will be met at the coach drop off point or the entrance to immigration.
- Buggies are not available at this location.
- Please advise any ground transportation details at the time of reservation.
- Baggage assistance is provided for up to 2 standard size bags per service.
- Baggage porters can be hired and paid for locally at baggage reclaim. We are unable to prebook baggage porters.
- Guests may need to handle their own baggage.
- The greeter may only accompany the client through security, immigration, and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities.
- Guests must select the correct Customs channel applicable to their situation.
- No fast track service is permitted at the fingerprint registration point.
- The greeter will endeavour to expedite guests where possible. We cannot guarantee that this option will always be available.
- The airports Immigration Customs and Security Control Departments have the final decision on whether to grant priority or fast track clearance to guests.

Departure Meet And Assist Service With Lounge
Guests will receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP representative at the VIP Desk situated inside the terminal building.
Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities.
For guests without airline lounge access they will be invited to relax in the landside executive lounge. The greeter will then escort guests to immigration and security check point and onwards to the departue gate in time for boarding.
For guests with airline lounge access will be escorted to the respective airline lounge, where the service will conclude.

- The service is available from 2 hours before scheduled time of departure.
- Individual greeter details contact information may not be available at this location.
- A duty officer number will be provided.
- There is no kerbside meeting point.
- Guests must present themselves at the designated VIP desk to avail of the service.
- Check in will be conducted using the quickest option available based on the guests ticketed class of travel.
- Baggage assistance is provided for up to 2 standard size bags per guest.
- Baggage assistance is provided utilising an airport trolley.
- Baggage porters may be be hired and paid for locally. We are unable to prebook baggage porters.
- Guests may need to handle their own baggage.

- For those flights departing from the new satellite terminal, (S Gates) the service will conclude at the internal shuttle train and not the departure gate.

A Fastrack VIP greeter will welcome guests at the arrivals gate area with a personalised signboard.
Guests are accompanied to baggage reclaim where assistance will be provided with the collection of baggage for up to 2 standard sized bags per service.
Where a change of terminal is required the greeter will escort guests to the next terminal and to the VIP Desk.
Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities.
For guests without airline lounge access they will be invited to relax in the landside executive lounge. The greeter will then escort guests to immigration and security check point and onwards to the departure gate in time for boarding.
For guests with airline lounge access will be escorted to the respective airline lounge, where the service will conclude.
International to Domestic Connections :
A Fastrack VIP greeter will welcome guests at the arrivals gate area with a personalised signboard.
As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass through all immigration and security formalities using priority lanes where available.

Where a change of terminal is required the greeter will escort guests to the next terminal and to the relevant airline check-in desk
Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities.
The greeter will then escort guests to immigration and security check point and onwards to the next departure gate.
For guests with airline lounge access will be escorted to the respective airline lounge, where the service will conclude.
International to International Connections (Through checked with authorised airlines)
A Fastrack VIP greeter will welcome guests at the arrivals gate area with a personalised signboard.
As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass through all immigration and security formalities using priority lanes where available and onwards to the next departure gate.
For guests with airline lounge access will be escorted to the respective airline lounge, where the service will conclude.
