Meet & Assist Services at Quito Mariscal Sucre Airport

A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests in the arrivals area with a personalised signboard.

As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities using priority lanes where available.

Guests are accompanied to baggage reclaim before being escorted to the customs checkpoint.

It is highly recommended to utilise a baggage porter at the airport as Fastrack VIP greeters are unable to handle baggage on behalf of guests.

If baggage assistance is required, the greeter will coordinate assistance with local porters who provide these services, where available.

Any porter fees are the responsibility of the guest.

After exiting the checkpoints, guests are connected with their onward mode of transportation.

Good to know

• If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building, guests will be met at the coach drop off point or the entrance to immigration.
• Buggies are not available at this location.
• Please advise any ground transportation details at the time of reservation.
• Guests may need to handle their own baggage.
• Additional baggage assistance can be arranged locally. Any porter fees are the responsibility of the guest.
• The greeter may only accompany the client through security, immigration, and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities.
• Guests must select the correct Customs channel applicable to their situation.
• The greeter will endeavour to expedite where possible. We cannot guarantee that this option will always be available.
• The airports Immigration Customs and Security Control Departments have the final decision on whether to grant priority or fast track clearance to guests.

Guests receive a welcome from their Fastrack VIP representative at the customer service desk situated inside the terminal building.

Please note that greeters are unable to assist with baggage.

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onward through the immigration and security check point using the priority lanes where available.

Once air-side guests are invited to relax in style in the executive lounge, and enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, and refreshments before the flight.

Leaving the guests to enjoy the lounge, this is where the greeter will bid guests farewell and the service will conclude.
