No visit to Iceland is complete without taking a dip in the famous Blue Lagoon geothermal spa. The water averages at 37–39 °C and has a rich mineral, salt, and algae content. The high silica content in the water creates the blue shade, and forms mud on the bottom of the lagoon that makes the perfect face mask!

Arrival Meet And Assist Service With Fast Track

A Fastrack VIP greeter will welcome guests at the arrivals gate with a personalised signboard.

As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities, using priority channels where available.

Guests are accompanied to baggage reclaim where assistance will be provided with the collection of baggage for up to 3 standard sized bags (utilising an airport trolley), before guests are escorted to the Customs checkpoint.

It is highly recommended to book a baggage porter as part of the service should guests be travelling with multiple large or heavy bags.

After exiting the checkpoints, guests are connected with their onward mode of transportation.

Good to know

  • If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building, guests will be met at the coach drop off point or the entrance to immigration.
  • A 50% surcharge is applicable to any services taking place on an Icelandic public holiday.
  • Buggies are not available at this location.
  • Please advise any ground transportation details at the time of reservation.
  • Baggage assistance is provided utilising an airport trolley, and for a reasonable amount of bags that can comfortably fit one trolley.

Departure Meet And Assist Service With Fast Track

A Fastrack VIP representative will contact the lead guest (or driver if advised) in advance of their arrival at the airport to confirm the meeting time and location.

Guests will receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP greeter at the designated meeting point, with a name sign for easy identification.

The meeting point will be at the main entrance to the terminal.

Assistance with baggage will be provided utilising an airport trolley for up to 3 standard sized bags. It is highly recommended to book a baggage porter as part of the service should guests be travelling with multiple large or heavy bags.

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onward through the security check point, and on to immigration, using priority lanes where available.

Greeters will assist guests at security and help make the most of the time spent in the departure lounge, whether it be dining, shopping, or relaxing in one of the executive lounges (whereby the airline ticket entitles lounge access, or if access been booked as an additional service).

For guests visiting the executive lounge , the service will conclude at the lounge. Guests who are not visiting a lounge will be directed to their departure gate where the service will conclude. .

First class service

Fastrack VIP managed to redefine the travel experience and is a must. I wish I had known about them pre Covid 19, it’s a must for travel full stop!

FastTrack VIP assisted my wife and 2 young children through a 72 hr multiple stop over trip in the midst of a pandemic. The service was seamless, co-ordinated and just exemplary, never waited in a queue, wasted time filling in a form or lifted a bag. It was VVVVIP service by PPE protected special assistance staff!

All in all an impossible journey (in the best of times) became a possible trip (in the middle of Covid-19).

Excellent Service

I have used their services twice in 2017, May and November in my trip to Jakarta, Indonesia. On both trips I was greeted after I exited the plane by uniformed employees. They spoke excellent English and help me navigate through the arrival process – the longest wait was waiting for the luggage to come out on the belt. If I had traveled without luggage, I would have been outside in less than 10 minutes from exiting the plane. This service is well worth the expense. I will use them every time I return to Indonesia.
