Meet & Assist Services at Ahmedabad Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Airport

A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests at the arrivals gate with a personalised signboard.

As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through any immigration and security formalities.

Moving on to baggage reclaim, a porter will be on hand to assist with any baggage.

After exiting customs guests are connected with any waiting ground transportation, and baggage will be transferred to any waiting onwards transport on behalf of the guests

• This service is available for DOMESTIC flights only.
• For any international arrivals guests will be met AFTER they have cleared immigration and customs. No assistance will be available from the arrivals gate to immigration / customs.
• If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building, guests will be met at the coach drop off point or the entrance to immigration.
• Buggies are not available at this location.
• Please advise any ground transportation details at the time of reservation.
• Baggage assistance is provided for up to 3 bags per guest.
• Guests may need to handle their own baggage.

Guests receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP representative at the designated meeting point with a name sign for easy identification The meeting point may be at the kerbside drop off point or within the terminal building.

A baggage porter will be on hand to take care of the luggage.

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onwards through the security check point and on to immigration.

Once airside guests will be escorted to the executive lounge where they are are invited to relax in style and enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks and refreshments before the flight.

Leaving the guests to relax, the greeter will return to a prearranged meeting point to escort guests to the gate in time for departure.

The greeter will assist guests as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities before moving onwards to the next departure gate.

The greeter will be on hand to assist with any baggage collection and check-in for the onwards flight.

Time permitting guests will escorted to the executive lounge where they are are invited to relax in style and enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks and refreshments before the flight

When it is time to board guests will enjoy travelling by a buggy from the lounge to the departure gate for boarding
