Arrival Meet And Assist Service With Fast Track
A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests at the arrivals gate with a personalised signboard.
Guests will be escorted to the immigration priority lane before moving on to baggage reclaim, a porter will be on hand to assist with any baggage.
After exiting customs guests are connected with any waiting ground transportation, and baggage will be transferred to any waiting onwards transport on behalf of the guests

- Individual greeter details are not available at this location
- If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building guests will be met at the coach drop off point or the entrance to immigration.
- Buggies not available at this location
- Please advise any ground transportation details at the time of reservation.
- The greeter may only accompany the client through immigration and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities we cannot guarantee that this option will always be available.
- Guests must select the correct Customs channel applicable to their situation.
- The airports Immigration Customs and Security Control Departments have the final decision on whether to grant priority or fast track clearance to guests.

VIP Arrival Service
Enjoy a VIP and discreet Arrival service, a private jet style service for guests using commercial flights.
A VIP host will personally welcome guests at the arrivals gate with a signboard.
As soon as guests arrive a VIP host will escort the party to the VIP Lounge.
Once inside the suite guests are invited to relax in the lounge area to enjoy complimentary refreshments and freshen up whilst VIP hosts take care of the arrival formalities retrieve baggage and coordinate with onwards transportation
Baggage will be brought to the VIP suite on the guest’s behalf and transferred to any waiting onwards transport or inter-island flight.

- Guests may stay up in the VIP Suite up to 2 hours after the flight arrival.

VIP Departure Service
Depart in style with our VIP Departure service escaping the hustle and bustle of the main departure lounge. A private jet style service for guests using commercial flights.
With its own separate entrance VIP hosts will personally welcome guests as they arrive at the VIP suite
While guests are relaxing in style and enjoying complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge VIP hosts will take care of baggage and check in formalities on the guests behalf.
Discrete security checks and a priority Immigration checkpoint are all features of the VIP experience.
When it is time to board guests will enjoy travelling by a chauffeured vehicle from the VIP Suite direct to the aircraft for boarding.

- If guests are to be met at the jetty please advise the jetty number and estimated time of arrival.
- Guests must arrive at the terminal a minimum of 1 hour 30 minutes prior to departure
