A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests at either the arrivals gate or the entrance to immigration with a personalised signboard.

As soon as guests arrive the greeter will assist and expedite as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities using priority lanes where available, and onwards to baggage reclaim.

Assistance with baggage is provided for 1 bags per guest.

After exiting customs guests are connected with any waiting ground transportation.
