Arrival Meet And Assist Service

A Fastrack VIP greeter will welcome guests at the arrivals gate with a personalised signboard.

As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities.

Guests are accompanied to baggage reclaim before being escorted to the customs checkpoint.

It is highly recommended to book a baggage porter as part of the service as Fastrack VIP greeters are unable to handle baggage on behalf of guests.

After exiting customs, guests are connected with their onwards mode of transportation.

VVIP Arrival Service With Buggy

An exclusive VVIP and luxurious Arrival service undertaken away from the main airport terminal.

This is the ultimate in discreet and private services. A private jet style service for guests using commercial flights.

A VIP host will personally welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a name signboard.

As soon as guests arrive a private buggy will provide transport from the aircraft to the CIP Suite.

Guests will pass through a dedicated Immigration and Customs counter and into the CIP Suite.

Once inside the suite guests are invited to relax in the lounge area to enjoy complimentary refreshments, and freshen up whilst VIP hosts take care of the arrival formalities, retrieve any baggage and coordinate with guests onwards transportation.

Baggage will be brought to the CIP suite on the guest’s behalf and transferred to any waiting onwards transport.

Guests will receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP greeter at the designated meeting point, with a name sign for easy identification.

The meeting point may be at the kerbside drop off point, or within the terminal building.

It is highly recommended to book a baggage porter as part of the service as Fastrack VIP greeters are unable to handle bags on behalf of guests..

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onward through the security check point, and on to immigration.

Greeters will assist guests at security and escort to the departure gate or the executive lounges (whereby the airline ticket entitles lounge access, or if access been booked as an additional service), where the service will conclude.

Discrete security checks and a priority Immigration checkpoint are all features of the VVIP experience.
