Once inside the suite guests are invited to relax in the lounge area to enjoy complimentary refreshments and freshen up whilst VIP hosts take care of the arrival formalities retrieve baggage and coordinate with onwards transportation

Baggage will be brought to the VIP suite on the guest’s behalf and transferred to any waiting onwards transport

• When the collection of baggage and recheck in is required this would be considered a separate arrival and departure service.
