Arrival Meet And Assist Service (Terminal 3 Only)

A Fastrack VIP greeter will welcome guests at the arrivals gate with a personalised signboard.

As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will escort the party to the immigration check point.

Due to local regulations, all guests must undertake all immigration, security and customs procedures unaided.
The greeters are not permitted to attend / accompany guests unless special permission has been granted in advance by the authorities.

Guests are accompanied to baggage reclaim where a trolley will be provided, before being escorted to the customs checkpoint.

Due to local customs and security regulations the greeters are not permitted handle the baggage or to push the trolley through the customs check-point.

The greeter may be able to offer assistance with baggage after guests have cleared customs.

After exiting customs, guests are connected with their onwards mode of transportation.

  • Please note that we are unable to accept requests with less than 72 hours (local time) to service start time.
  • This service is available for Terminal 3 flight arrivals only.
  • Service available from 0500 to 2200.
  • A surcharge of 25% will apply to all flight arrivals outside of this window.
  • If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building, guests will be met at the coach drop off point or the entrance to immigration.
  • Buggies are not available at this location.
  • Please advise any ground transportation details at the time of reservation.
  • Due to local security regulations guests are responsible for handling their own baggage and trolley.
  • There are no porters available at this location.
  • Guests must undertake all immigration, security and customs procedures unaided.
  • The greeters are not permitted to attend to guests at the security, customs and immigration check-points unless special permission has been granted in advance by the authorities.
  • The greeter may only accompany the client through security, immigration, and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities.
  • Guests must select the correct Customs channel applicable to their situation.
  • No official immigration fast track is provided by the immigration services at this location.
  • The greeter will endeavour to expedite guests where possible. We cannot guarantee that this option will always be available.

Departure Meet And Assist Service (Terminal 3 Only)

Guests will receive a personal welcome from their Fastrack VIP greeter at the designated meeting point, with a name sign for easy identification.

The meeting point will be the kerbside drop off point, or within the terminal building.

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onward through the security check point, and on to immigration.

Due to local regulations, all guests must undertake all immigration and security  procedures unaided.
The greeters are not permitted to attend / accompany guests unless special permission has been granted in advance by the authorities.

Once airside guests will be invited to the executive lounge to relax in style and enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, and refreshments before the flight.

Leaving the guests to relax, the greeter will return to a prearranged meeting point to escort guests to the gate in time for departure.

A Fastrack VIP greeter will welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a personalised signboard.

As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities. before moving onwards to the next departure gate.

Due to local regulations, all guests must undertake all immigration, security and customs procedures unaided.
The greeters are not permitted to attend / accompany guests unless special permission has been granted in advance by the authorities.

Time permitting guests will be invited to the executive lounge to relax in style and enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, and refreshments before the flight.

Leaving the guests to relax, the greeter will return to a prearranged meeting point to escort guests to the gate in time for departure.

  • Please note that we are unable to accept requests with less than 72 hours (local time) to service start time.
  • This service is available for connections taking place within Terminal 3 only.
  • This service is available for connections up to 3 hours
  • Service available from 0500 to 2200.

  • This service is not available for guests holding separate tickets with different airlines that necessitates the collection of luggage and and recheck-in. This would be considered a separate arrival and departure service.
