VIP Arrival Service
Enjoy a VIP and discreet Arrival service, a private jet style service for guests using commercial flights.
A VIP host will personally welcome guests at the front steps as they disembark the aircraft with a signboard.
As soon as guests arrive a CIP vehicle will transfer short distance from the aircraft to the VIP Lounge.
Guests will enjoy privacy and convenience passing quickly through a priority Immigration checkpoint before moving on to the VIP Lounge.
While guests relax, freshen up and enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks in the VIP Lounge, baggage porters will retrieve any baggage
After identifying any baggage to customs, guests will be connected with their onwards ground transportation.

- Available for flights arriving between 0630-2300
- The greeter will be waiting at the bottom of the forward aircraft steps.
- Transport from the aircraft to the VIP lounge may be via a shared vehicle.
- Buggies are not available at this location.

- Baggage assistance is provided.
- Guests may need to handle their own baggage.
- The greeter may only accompany the client through security, immigration, and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities.
- Guests must select the correct Customs channel applicable to their situation.
- The airports Immigration Customs and Security Control Departments have the final decision on whether to grant priority or fast track clearance to guests.

VIP Departure Service
Depart in style with our VIP Departure service escaping the hustle and bustle of the main departure lounge. A private jet style service for guests using commercial flights.
With its own separate entrance VIP hosts will personally welcome guests as they arrive at the VIP suite, or if required at the jetty.
While guests are relaxing in style and enjoying complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge VIP hosts will take care of baggage and check in formalities on the guests behalf.
A small Duty free shop can also be found in the the lounge:
Discrete security checks and a priority Immigration checkpoint are all features of the VIP experience.
When it is time to board guests will enjoy travelling by a chauffeured vehicle from the VIP Suite direct to the aircraft for boarding.

- If guests are to be met at the jetty please advise the jetty number and estimated time of arrival.
