Arrival Meet And Assist Service
A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a personalised signboard.
As soon as guests arrive the greeter will assist and expedite as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities and onwards to baggage reclaim where the service will conclude.
It is recommended to book a baggage porter should assistance be required from baggage reclaim to the guests onwards transportation.

- If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building guests will be met at the coach drop off point or entrance to immigration.

VVIP Arrival Service
An exclusive VVIP and luxurious Arrival service undertaken away from the main airport terminal.
This is the ultimate in discreet and private services. A private jet style service for guests using commercial flights.
A VIP hosts will personally welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a name signboard.
As soon as guests arrive a private chauffeured luxury vehicle will provide transport the short distance from the aircraft to the VIP Suite.
Guests will enjoy maximum privacy and convenience passing quickly through a priority Immigration checkpoint and into the VIP Suite.
Once inside the suite guests are invited to relax in the lounge area to enjoy complimentary refreshments and freshen up whilst VIP hosts take care of the arrival formalities retrieve baggage and coordinate with onwards transportation.
Baggage will be brought to the VIP suite on the guest’s behalf and transferred to any waiting onwards transport.

Departure Meet And Assist Service
Guests receive a personal welcome from a Fastrack VIP representative at a designated meeting point.
The greeters will be waiting at the meeting point from time the guests are estimated at the airport.
The meeting point will be either at the kerbside drop off point Terminal 1 kerbside drop off point Terminal 3 Door 1 or within the terminal building at the Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 Information Desk.
It is recommended to book a baggage porter should assistance with bags be required from kerbside to the check in desk.
Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onwards through the security and immigration check points utilising priority lanes where available.
Whether visiting an executive lounge whereby the airline ticket entitles the lounge access if this has been booked as an additional service or relaxing in the departure area the greeter will accompany guests airside assisting with any shopping or dining recommendations along the way or directly to the departure gate .

A Fastrack VIP representative will welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a personalised signboard.
As soon as guests arrive, the greeter will assist guests to pass as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities.
The greeter will escort guests to either an executive lounge (whereby the airline ticket entitles lounge access, or if access been booked as an additional service) or to their connecting flight departure gate , where the service will conclude.

- This service is available for guests holding through tickets with a connection time in excess of 25 minutes.
- This service is not available for guests holding separate tickets with different airlines that necessitates the collection of luggage and and recheck-in. This would be considered a separate arrival and departure service.
