Arrival Meet & Assist Service With Buggy

A Fastrack VIP greeter will welcome guests at the arrivals gate as they disembark the aircraft with a personalised signboard

Guests will enjoy travelling by buggy from the gate to the border checkpoint with the greeter assisting as quickly as possible through all immigration and security formalities before moving onwards to baggage reclaim

In the event the buggy is not available and or depending on the gate where the flight arrives it may be necessary to travel on foot and by automated people mover for all of the part of the service

Assistance is provided with the collection of baggage for up to 3 standard sized bags utilising an airport trolley before guests are escorted to Customs It is recommended to book a baggage porter should guests be travelling with multiple large or heavy bags

After exiting customs guests are connected with any waiting ground transportation

Good to know

  • If the aircraft is parked on a remote position and guests are coached from the aircraft to the terminal building guests will be met at the coach drop off point entrance to immigration
  • Buggies are available at this location for a maximum 4 guests subject to availability and gate location
  • Please contact us for groups larger than 4 guests
  • Baggage assistance is provided utilising airport trolleys for a reasonable amount of bags that can comfortably fit one trolley Maximum of 3 standard size and weight bags
  • Additional baggage assistance can be arranged for an extra charge
  • No expedite service is permitted by Canadian Border Service Agency CBSA
  • The greeter may only accompany the client through immigration and customs channels where this is permitted by the local authorities we cannot guarantee that this option will always be available
  • Guests must select the correct customs channel applicable to their situation

Departure Meet And Assist Service With Fast Track And Buggy

A Fastrack VIP representative will contact the lead guest or driver if advised in advance of their arrival at the airport to confirm the meeting time and location

Guests receive a personal welcome from their greeter at the designated meeting point with a name sign for easy identification The meeting point may be at the kerbside drop off point or within the terminal building

General baggage assistance will be provided for up to 3 standard sized bags utilising an airport trolley It is recommended to book a baggage porter should guests be travelling with multiple large or heavy bags

Guests will receive assistance with check in and baggage formalities before swiftly moving onwards through the security and immigration check points utilising priority lanes where available

For guests travelling to the USA , the greeter willl assist the party at the US Customs & Border Protection pre clearance check point

Once airside guests will enjoy travelling by buggy through the departure lounge. In the event the buggy is not available and or depending on the gate where the flight departs it may be necessary to travel on foot and by automated people mover for all of the part of the service

Whether visiting an executive lounge whereby the airline ticket entitles the lounge access or if access been booked as an additional service or relaxing in the departure area the greeter will accompany guests airside assisting with any shopping or dining recommendations along the way.

Leaving the guests to relax they will return to the lounge meeting point to escort the guests to the gate in time for departure
